Getting Started with Lightmap: A Guide for New Users

Welcome to Lightmap! In this guide, we will walk you through the process of Loading with Lightmap and show you how to make the most of its features, particularly the AI assistant. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced user, this guide will help you navigate through the platform and start creating visually appealing and well-structured Loading effortlessly.

Creating a New Space from the Dashboard:

To begin, let's start by creating a new space from the Lightmap Loading. The LoadingLoading serves as a centralized hub for all your Loading and . Simply visit www.lightmap.app/dashboard and log in to your account. Once you're in, you'll see an option to create a new space. Click on it, and you'll be prompted to give your space a name. Once you've filled in the details, click on the "Create" button, and voila! Your new space is ready to go.

Adding Documents with Drag and Drop:

Now that you have your space set up, it's time to add your existing Loading to Lightmap. Lightmap makes this process incredibly easy by allowing you to simply drag and drop the documents you already have onto the Document Editor. You can upload .docx, .pdf, .txt and .md (markdown) files or even folders containing these file types. When you do this, Lightmap automatically creates new subdocuments for each file.

Composing New Content with the AI Assistant:

One of the standout features of Lightmap is its AI assistant, which provides valuable assistance in composing new content and acts as a personal writing coach. This AI assistant is designed to accelerate the creative process by providing co-writing assistance. It learns from the user's content within each space and understands the context to generate new content from instructions or rework existing content. To access this powerful AI assistant, you have two convenient options: the Slash Command Menu or the AI Assistant button in the toolbar. Both of these options make it effortless to utilize the AI assistant's capabilities and enhance your productivity in creating visually appealing and well-structured Loading.

Using the Slash Command Menu:

To open the AI assistant using the Slash Command Menu, simply type the command "/assistant" in the Document Editor. This will bring up the AI assistant, ready to provide writing assistance and guidance. You can ask the AI assistant for suggestions, ideas, or even help with grammar and structure. It's like having a personal writing coach right at your fingertips!

Using the AI Assistant Button in the Toolbar:

Alternatively, you can also access the AI assistant by clicking on the AI Assistant button in the toolbar. This button is conveniently located in the Document Editor, making it easily accessible whenever you need it. Just click on the button, and the AI assistant will appear, ready to assist you in creating compelling content.
